Meet DD

Conversations around the traditionally overlooked can be uncomfortable. In fact, while over a quarter of workers have experienced micro-aggressions in the workplace, just over 15% of those are reported to either their manager or HR. Reasons for this range from fear of repercussions to an even bigger fear - Was that real, or was I imagining it?

That’s why we developed a neutral third party - one armed with decades of experience, capable of true anonymity, and one who’s available on your Slack or Teams chats all the time. And, she’s kinda cute.

By removing the friction of reporting, we get more better data more often. DD can also monitor conversations for problematic content, offer periodic advice, and play games. She also plays dress-up - DD can be skinned to match your company’s brand or existing HR program requirements.
